Citadele Bank’s penthouse office in Vilnius

A  three-level workspace spanning nearly 2,000 m² and designed for a 160-person team, located at the Artery Business Center.

This was a full contract project delivered from A to Z in just nine months — from the first client meeting and concept development to technical design, construction, and final move-in.

‍

The office occupies the 16th, 17th, and 18th floors and was carefully planned to support different work styles and daily needs. It includes focused workspaces, silent zones, private offices, call center areas, meeting and conference rooms, kitchens on every floor, storage and print stations, and dedicated spaces for collaboration and relaxation.

At the heart of the project is “The Cloud” — a multifunctional coworking and dining space on the top floor, offering panoramic views, high ceilings, and a relaxed, greenery-filled atmosphere. Designed as the social and emotional center of the office, it reflects the project’s strong employee-oriented philosophy.
