Apartment in the Quiet centre

A full-service Trentini project was accomplished in summer 2013 in Riga at 1 Alberta Street, where the clients of Trentini acquired 181.4 m2 apartments. The building was erected in 1901, and its shape reflects a transition from eclecticism to Art Nouveau. Currently, the building has recovered its original beauty – both its’ apartments, facade and staircase have regained the interior elements that were initially installed by Scheel & Scheffel, erstwhile a famous construction company.

The interior of the building, likewise its external appearance, also shares elegant nuances. The historical background of the premises is considerately complemented by elements of the modern design: Arclinea kitchen unit, Lema, Molteni, Walter Knoll, Zanotta, Zeitraum, Ligne Roset, Mint furniture, Artemide, Flos luminaries, Rexa Design, Decor Walter, Falper, Flaminia, Tece, Fantini plumbing, Kymo carpets, Tubes heaters, Olivari handles, TreP-TrePiù doors, Inpa parquet, Mande a Mano, Royal Mosa, Inalco tiles.
